Good resort on the beach with its own Sunrise point. Good landscaping. Must view Sunset at Lakshmanpur Beach. Hope the cloud do not spoil the beauty of sunset. Visit to Natural bridge is much hyped and walking on stones and corals is risky.Senior citizens may avoid and be happy seeing photographs.

Posting this again, as they deleted my review. And trust me I wil ensure that I amplify this at every social platform. I want to start off by writing that I DO NOT RECOMMEND stay at TSG Aura. Now, previously I would recommend my travelling divers to book with TSG, primarily because of the location which is on the sunrise beach for experience. But after multiple disappointing feedback received from our students and their families, we started discouraging them to book rooms here. There were several issues ranging from disinterested, rude staff behaviour, denial in providing WiFi in rooms, billing issues, overpriced beverages and food options etc.The group of visitors included guests of Indian as well as foreign origin. I, myself decided to visit this place, and check out. In end end I realised that the feedbacks were justified. The food and beverage manager, Mr. Victor’s atrocious behaviour, makes me want to write this review elaborately and for public consumption. Please don’t get caught up and make decisions based on the lustrous images on their website, booking.com, MMT etc. We, travel to destinations such as Andamans for the experience, not in get involved in petty arguments and pointless discussion with managers/staff. Anyway, as a representation, going forward, we unanimously inform our friends and their families to not book with TSG. In fact there are a list of properties, that provide better facilities and service with well spoken and friendly staff. Cheers !

We stayed here for 1 night hoping to catch the sunrise at Sitapur beach. Non-stop rain ruined the view, but we still enjoyed our short stay. It is a very romantic, tastefully decorated property with rooms that resemble wooden cabins. Food was good, room service was prompt. It is a good location for couples to relax indoors or sit by the sea and watch the waves: Some cons: 1. Location-wise, TSG Aura is far away from Neil Kendra, jetty terminal, and most of the sights on the island. Expect to pay a lot for taxis/autos when sightseeing. 2. There is not much to do in the area. Sitapur beach is rocky with powerful waves, so not good for swimming or for young kids. 3. There are many stray dogs that tend to follow you around, even on the beach. We had to cut short our beachside walk because we were scared of the dogs. 4. Network coverage is a big issue throughout Neil Island. The hotel Wi-Fi was okay, but it stopped working after the rains and we had no way to connect with the outside world. Not the hotel's fault really, but just something to keep in mind.

We currently in the hotel and I am writing this review, I would really not suggest to stay here at any cost, highlighting points below, why you don't need to stay here. 1)due to delay from trip organizer we were late checked in almost at 6 pm and we asked them to allow us to Chek out little late around 9 30 am ,so they told we can do max till 9 ,you will have to check out anyhow by 9 ,9 is max. 2)we ordered dinner and I ordered papad along with food ,they didn't gave papad with order, so I reminded them to send it ,we waited almost hour to get papad but they didn't even send ,then I have to call them again still they didn't sent then I called them are you guys really sending it or not ,I mean how much time it take to roast a papad? 3) there was half glass of water in my room I wanted water, so I went personally to the reception and told them to send water to my room ,2 hours no water ,they don't even take seriously basic needs like water ,I m kidney patient and I have to maintain my water intake I was almost 2 hours without water ,I keep drinking water every half hour to avoid urine burning but they really don't care . Please think about it before booking. Similar experience in havelock but they came door to door every room and ask for submit review by sitting on your head

We stayed here for one day between 28th Jan -29th Jan . Please note that the review is from family(parents) perspective and not from Couple / Family with Kids . Below are the some noteworthy points from it : Pros : Beach Access to Sitapur Beach , also called Sunrise Point Beach .We saw sunrise on this beach and loved it. Cons : Rooms are not good from Senior Citizen perspective because there are no fans and windows in the room . So you have to keep AC on . If you have joint pain or you don't like AC at all , this resort is not for you . Toilets were smelly , stayed in room No 103 . Given the price range , resort should have swimming pool , it is common practice to have it now a days but for some reason it is not there . Restaurant experience is a big letdown and fraud . I ordered Murg Makhanwala worth Rs. 450 and they served 4 very small pieces . When I complained , they just increased the gravy and had the audacity to ask me if it is okay. I just smiled . In the morning when I complained to reception , they said you should have ordered 900rs . one. They also add service charge to the final bill and also add tax on top of it. So please make sure to get it removed before you ask for final bill. One important note here is please donot sign the bill until service charge is removed. Buffet breakfast had lot of options but taste was very bad . It seems they are using low quality dalda or some other cheap oil . I had welcome drink also included in my booking but it was also not provided . Checkout time is 8 a.m. Given that the ferries are 11:30 a.m, , it would be great if the management can change the checkout time to 9 a.m. if not 10 a.m. This will help big time . Overall for me - it is 3/5 star . 3 because of secluded beach access otherwise it is 2 star . In the name of beach access they are looting people .
